Update : 06.15.08 : We're going to have a long 5 week rotation this time around since (1) Mylani is preparing to do her final oral defense of her dissertation, 2nd to last step in finally finishing her graduate degree! (2) both Okata and Mylani will be out of town for a cousin's wedding and a family reunion (3) Mylani is moving to the other side of the country to do her pre-doctoral internship and Okata will be accompanying her for a few weeks, so we don't know if we'll have internet right away... It's possible we may do another extra long one right after this one as well because Mylani will be away for another family vacation. But we'll see. So we have 3 songs for each language (although 2 Korean and 1 Thai) as well as 3 videos! Woo hoo!
The current rotation features 塚本高史 [Tsukamoto Takashi], an actor and model. We got to know him through Battle Royale, 木更津キャッツアイ [Kisarazu CatS Eye], Stand Up!!, ごくせん [Gokusen], Tiger & Dragon, タイヨウのうた [Taiyou no Uta], and 修羅雪姫 [Shurayuki Hime / The Princess Blade], to name but a few. He also plays the guitar, you can hear him play in the Kisarazu CatS Eye series as well as the two movies: Kisarazu CatS Eye Nippon Series & Kisarazu CatS Eye World Series. He has also released a few singles, although we have never heard them ^^;; This year marks a lot of firsts for him, his first album and also his marriage and the birth of his first child, due later this year ^^ Congratulations!
